To receive one (1) Contest Code without making an Eligible Purchase, clearly print your first name, last name, full mailing address (street, apt./suite, city/town, province/territory, postal code), on a plain white piece of paper, along with the words “LIVING LUCKY WITH LUKE COMBS SECOND CHANCE CONTEST”, a one hundred (100) or more word, unique and original handwritten, essay describing why you want to see Luke Combs in concert, and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a one (1) postage pre-paid stamped and pre-addressed envelope to: “LIVING LUCKY WITH LUKE COMBS SECOND CHANCE CONTEST”, 140 Otter Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3T 0M8.

To be eligible, each Request must:

(i) be received separately in an envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. mass mail-in Requests in the same envelope will be void);

(ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and be received no later than September 29, 2023 (to allow sufficient time to respond with a Contest Code); and,

(iii) include all required information as noted above.

One (1) NPN Contest Code will be provided by mail to the requestor per each unique posted Request.

NPN Contest Codes may take up to 5 business days from receipt to be processed by the Contest Administrator.

Registered participants may submit a maximum of fifty-one (51) unique Contest Codes per day.

Contest entry closes on October 13, 2023, at 11:59:59 PM ET.  The Trip Package Prize draw will take place on or after October 17, 2023.

No. We don’t require you to present the original ticket with the Online Contest Code you entered to claim a prize for this contest. However, make sure you check your original ticket at your favourite retail location to see if it won a prize on the game play.

There are five (5) Trip Package Prizes available to be won in this Contest, each consisting of a trip to Nashville, Tennessee for the winner and their guest to attend a Luke Combs concert experience. 

Each confirmed Trip Package Prize winners will also be entered automatically into a secondary draw for a chance to win one of two (2) additional available prizes, namely one (1) ten thousand U.S. dollar ($10,000.00 USD) cash prize awarded to one (1) Trip Package Prize winner and one (1) meet and greet and VIP seating package awarded to one (1) Trip Package Prize winner and their guest.  

The Trip Package Prizes and the two additional prizes ($10,000.00 USD cash prize and meet and greet and VIP seating package) are not subject to tax within Canada.  Any Trip Package Prize winner who chooses to participate in the separate Atlas contest for $500,000 USD is responsible for complying with any Rules associated with that Contest and is responsible for any tax liability they may incur in association with any prizing.   

Participants can win only one Trip Package Prize.  Each Trip Package Prize winner is eligible to win one of the $10,000 Cash Prize or the Meet & Greet and VIP Seating Prize. 

Each Trip Package Prize includes all of the following (subject to adjustment): 

The Trip Package Prize winner and their one guest must have a valid passport prior to departing to the Flight Destination. The Trip Package Prize winner is solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for their respective international travel, including but not limited to, passports and travel visas.

The Trip Package Prize winner, their proxy and/or guest(s) must have a valid credit card to be recorded with the Hotel for all incidentals at the Hotel.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. There is no cash substitution available for any Prize. 

However, at the request of a Trip Package Prize winner, and with the approval of OLG, a Trip Package Prize winner may appoint a proxy to travel to the Flight Destination and participate in their place. If such request is made prior to the booking deadline, such request will be at no additional cost to the Trip Package Prize winner. If such request is made after the booking deadline and a charge is imposed for changing arrangements, the Trip Package Prize winner will be responsible for paying all additional direct charges imposed by the Hotel or Airline. Proxies will receive no monetary sums; all such sums will be provided to the Trip Package Prize winner. In the event that an originally named proxy cannot attend, a second proxy may be named provided that no booking deadlines have passed at the time of the request.  All proxies and any guests will be required to sign a declaration and release acceptable to the Contest Parties.

The Trip Package Prize draws will take place on or after October 17, 2023 (3:30 pm ET) from the total number of Entries submitted and received during the Contest Entry Period.  The Additional Prize draws, to be drawn from the confirmed winners of the five (5) Trip Package Prizes, will take place on or around November 1, 2023, after the Trip Package Prize winners are confirmed.

The $10,000 Cash Prize or the Meet & Greet and VIP Seating Prize winners will be announced at the Trip Package Prize event in Nashville between February 4-7, 2024.

Each Trip Package Prize winner’s name and city will be posted on the contest website following full verification.

The odds of winning a Trip Package Prize depends on the total number of all Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations during the Contest Entry Period.

Only Trip Package Prize winners will be eligible to win the $10,000 Cash Prize or the Meet & Greet and VIP Seating Prize. The odds of a Trip Package Prize winner winning the $10,000 Cash Prize are approximately one in five. The odds of a Trip Package Prize winner winning the Meet & Greet and VIP Seating Prize are approximately one in four.

Each Trip Package Prize winner will have the opportunity to enter a separate, multi-jurisdictional contest for a chance to win five hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($500,000.00 USD) (the “Atlas Contest”).  

The Atlas Contest is open to all Trip Package Prize winners from the participating lottery jurisdictions (OLG plus the United States), and is subject to its own Rules and Regulations, and is sponsored and administered solely by Atlas Experiences LLC.  It is not in any way a part of the Living Lucky with Luke Combs Second Chance Contest or sponsored by or affiliated with OLG. 

Trip Package Prize winners will receive details on the Atlas Contest directly from Atlas, and any Trip Package Prize winner who chooses to participate is responsible for complying with any Rules associated with the Atlas Contest and shall be responsible for any tax liability they may incur in association with any prizing.

First, check your Junk folder to see if it’s there.  If it is, move it to your Inbox so you can click on the link.  Ensure you add noreply@OLG2ndchance.ca to your Safe List.

You can also try to send a new activation email to your inbox. Click on the “Forgot Password” link. From there, click on the action dropdown to select the “Resend Activation” and enter your already registered email to receive a new link.
